All orders are processed within 1-3 days. Due to a recent surge in demand, please allow up to 1 weeks for our products to deliver to your door. Generally, products should arrive faster than this, but we want our customers to have a peace of mind in case. International orders may take several days longer. Express shipping will automatically provided whenever possible.
We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.

Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter “?” to “c”.

Not to worry, most of our items will be left in your postbox if they are small enough and if the postman does not have access to your postbox, it will usually be left at your local post office for you to pick up!
In order to provide you with the most unique and epic products, we source our items globally. We currently ship from our warehouse from USA, Asia, Canada, and Europe hence why sometimes our items take a little longer to reach you!
Not to worry, as long as you reach out to us immediately regarding the error in your address, we would be more than happy to change it for you. Just email us your full, correct address along with your order number and we would update your details for you.
